Bonnema (Meteorologist), Petrus S. "Piet" du Toit (Meteorologist/Leader to August), Ray W. Vice (Ionosphericist to August); Middle: Willem A. van Huyssteen (Meteorologist), Johnny A. Stergianos (Medic), Ken Edmunds (Radio Operator), ? van der Merwe (PWD), ? (PWD); Front: S. "Vossie" Vorster (Cleaner/Labourer), ? (Aerial Rigger), ? (PWD), W. Thiel (Diesel Mechanic to August), W.F. Radley (Cook) Note: the three PWD personnel and the Rigger left the island in August; W. Thiel was replaced by Jan Hoogstad and W.F. Radley by P./R. "Mac" MacLean in November.
